RoR editor for Windows

Actualy there are no nice and easy to use soft for coding Ruby on Widows. I have tried several of them. The best and most suitable way for me to make RoR sites is using Dreamweaver with Rubyweaver extencion. Yes, i know it's isnt ligt and cheap, but if you are coding on other languages too, then this tool is suitable for most of them. Btw layout preview mode using css works great.
